The workshop
Every piece passes through our hands.

Leather
Vegetable-tanned cowhide, 5 mm thick for flaps and panels. Cut, skived and stitched by hand at the bench.

Saddle trees
Wooden trees reinforced with iron and steel. Shock-absorbing polyurethane seats and stirrup bars, all covered in leather.

Shells and liners
Carbon and glass-fibre shells, a pre-moulded EPP liner and a four-point harness in reinforced 15 mm nylon webbing.

Covering and finishing
Fabric, leather or sublimated covers, sewn on the block. Initials and club crests embroidered in the workshop.
